March5 This was an Oscar Party for 30 movie loving guests. Because I was in Spain when they emailed me about this party I chose to use inspiring ingredients around me. We went with a Tapas theme for the evening, very Spainish in style.

March11 Surprise dinner for four, the husband and I created a special evening for his wife and another couple. She was very surprised and they all enjoyed their meal.

April22 Vegan/Vegetarian Menu for 35, I donated my time to do the food for the "Bus Project" in Eugene, Oregon.
